Meaning, an increase caused by true work line items, not counting O&P. 

We'll perform a full supplement inspection and audit the initial adjuster estimate, and if we determine that there is NOT enough potential to exceed your threshold, we'll deliver the inspection photo & video files of the property, the EagleView report, and our assessment report. 

If we determine there is sufficient potential to exceed your minimum threshold, we'll proceed with the full Supplement Package. 

That way, you’re not guessing about supplementing — we give you a clear, accurate assessment of whether it’s worth pursuing. And you still get valuable deliverables!
